PLEASE READ THIS RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE REQUESTING ANY RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.
General Policy
All customer service and support tickets for defects, missing items, or incorrect orders require photo and, in some cases, video evidence. Please submit clear photos/videos displaying the issues after our first response. Do not discard items until instructed by our team, as doing so will prevent us from processing the return or exchange.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Due to health, safety, and legal reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include, but are not limited to:
- E-liquids & Pods (including disposables, bottles, etc.)
- Tanks & Rebuildables (RDA/RDTA systems)
- Coils & Cartomizers
- Replacement Glass
- Batteries & Chargers
- Any Opened, Used, Discounted, Clearance, or Promotional Items
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you believe your item is defective, please contact the manufacturer directly, as they may offer further assistance.
EU Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. During this period, you can cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund. The cooling-off period begins the day you receive your goods.
To be eligible for a refund during this period:
- – Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Exceptions to the cooling-off period:
The following items are excluded from the cooling-off period due to health and hygiene regulations:
- E-liquids & Pods
- Tanks & Rebuildables
- Coils & Cartomizers
- Replacement Glass
- Batteries & Chargers
- Any other item that has been unsealed after delivery
Defective on Arrival (DOA) Policy
If your item arrives defective, it may be eligible for an exchange or credit under the following conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package by submitting a support ticket.
- All original accessories included in the package must be returned along with the defective item.
- The item must not show signs of physical damage beyond normal wear and light usage.
- Exchanges will be processed for the same item only.
- Minor visual defects, such as small paint chips, are not covered under this policy.
Please ensure you report any defects within 72 hours of delivery, as we cannot assist with issues reported after this timeframe.
Buyer’s Remorse Policy (Non-EU Customers)
For non-EU customers, if you have changed your mind about your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your package.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all buyer’s remorse returns.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive and process your return, an exchange or credit will be issued.
Note: If any items in your return are deemed ineligible for a credit or exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the items returned to you. If the fees are not paid within 5 business days after contact, the items will be discarded.
Returns Process
- Create a Support Ticket: Submit a ticket through our customer support system.
- Submit Evidence: We may request photos or videos as needed to assess the issue.
- Approval & Shipping: If your return is approved, clearly mark your order number on the exterior of the package and send it to the address provided by our returns department.
Important: Packages must be postmarked within 5 business days of return approval, and the order number must be clearly visible. Packages without an order number may be discarded.
